Timber changes. Sites differ. Reclaimed windows refuse to be the correct size. Trees grow exactly where you don’t want the upright to go. That is all part of it.

The furniture plans and build guides are intended for competent adult DIY makers with suitable tools, skills and judgement.

Larger shelters, cabins and fire-related designs are supplied as design concepts and practical guidance rather than site-specific architectural, structural or installation drawings. Ground conditions, exposure, loading, local rules, materials and intended use will differ from project to project.

Any structural, electrical, stove, flue or fire-safety elements must be assessed for the particular site and checked or installed by an appropriately qualified person where required. The purchaser is responsible for permissions, site suitability, safe construction and compliance with any applicable regulations.

THE LICENCE 

Your purchase is for personal, non-commercial use.

You may build one personal version of each design included in your pack and adapt it for your own site. The drawings and files may not be copied, shared, resold, uploaded, republished or used to manufacture products commercially.

If you’re a professional maker, hospitality business or would like to build the designs commercially, please get in touch about a separate commercial licence.
