Returns and Refunds

We want you to be pleased with what you have bought. If you are not, here is how returns work.

Changed your mind? Stock items

For stock items bought online (unframed and framed prints, ready-made glassware, gifts and homeware) you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it, and then a further 14 days to send it back. We extend this: you may return stock items to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item and standard delivery cost.

Items should be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging. You are responsible for the cost of return postage and for the item until it reaches us, so please use a tracked service and pack glass and frames as carefully as they arrived. Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of the item reaching us. If an item comes back damaged because it was not packed properly, or shows signs of use, we may have to reduce the refund.

Personalised, commissioned and made-to-order pieces

Pet portraits, custom glassware, commissioned paintings and anything else made to your specification are exempt from the change-of-mind cancellation right, because they are made just for you and cannot be sold to anyone else. We will always show you the finished piece before it is sent so that you can raise anything at that stage. Deposits on commissions are non-refundable once work has begun.

Faulty, damaged or not as described

Whatever you have bought, if it arrives damaged, is faulty, or is not what was described, your statutory rights apply and we will put it right with a replacement or a full refund, including return postage. Please tell us within 48 hours of delivery for transit damage, with a photograph of the item and packaging.

Sale items

Reduced-price stock items can be returned in the same way as full-price ones.

How to return something

Message us through the contact page or the chat button with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will confirm the return address and next steps.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
