Delivery

Everything in the art shop (prints, framed prints, glassware, gifts and original paintings) is packed and posted from Jack's studio in North Wales.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom. If you are outside the UK, please get in touch before ordering and we will quote for postage where we can.

Delivery options and prices

  • Standard tracked delivery: free on all art-shop orders.
  • Express tracked delivery: £18, available at checkout for when something is needed in a hurry.

A tracking number is sent by email once your parcel is on its way.

Dispatch times

  • Prints and in-stock glassware usually leave the studio within a few working days of your order.
  • Framed prints are mounted and framed to order, so allow a little longer.
  • Made-to-order glassware, pet portraits and commissions are painted and kiln-fired for you, so they take longer. Jack will confirm an expected date with you by message or email.
  • Original paintings are packed individually and sent tracked and insured.

At busy times of year (especially the run-up to Christmas) please order early. If you have a deadline, message us first and we will tell you honestly whether we can meet it.

Studio collection

Collection from the studio near Abergele is available by prior arrangement only. Choose the collection option at checkout and we will message you to agree a time once your order is ready. Please do not travel to the studio without confirmation.

Made Wood Love

Furniture, shelters and other Made Wood Love pieces are not posted. Delivery and, where needed, installation are priced separately according to location and access, and agreed with you before the build begins.

Breakages and lost parcels

Glass and framed prints are packed carefully, but occasionally things go wrong in transit. If anything arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with a photograph of the item and the packaging and we will replace or refund it. If a tracked parcel has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, let us know and we will chase the courier and put it right.

Addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We cannot be responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrectly entered address, although we will always do what we can to help recover them.
