Pheasant Glasses – Hand-Painted (Wine, Gin & Tumbler)
Couldn't load pickup availability
My pheasant, painted by hand onto whisky tumblers, champagne flutes and decanters, then kiln-fired so he stays put. Every bird is painted individually, so each one is slightly different from the photos, and from the one next to it. That's rather the point.
Choose your set
- Single whisky tumbler (300 ml)
- Pair of tumblers
- Decanter (800 ml), on its own or with a pair of tumblers
- Pair or set of four champagne flutes (250 ml)
Each piece is signed and dated on the back. The paint is fired to be permanent and will survive the dishwasher, but I'd still hand wash them; they're nicer than that.
Not a pheasant person?
Ducks, red grouse, kingfishers, puffins, hounds and horses have all been painted onto glass lately. If you've a bird or beast in mind, ask about a commission.
Standard tracked UK delivery is free, and glass is packed as if it's going to be kicked around, because it will be.
Sizes, materials and framing
Sizes, materials and framing
Print sizes: A4 is 21 × 29.7 cm, A3 is 29.7 × 42 cm, A2 is 42 × 59.4 cm and A1 is 59.4 × 84.1 cm. Prints are produced on heavyweight art paper and signed, titled and numbered in pencil.
Framed prints are mounted, so the finished frame is larger than the print size. Frames are available in gold, light wood or dark wood on most designs; ask if you need exact external dimensions for a particular spot.
Glassware is painted by hand and kiln-fired. Hand wash to keep it looking its best.
